Founded in Istanbul in 2020, NTY Construction defines itself as a leading company in engineering, architecture, and contracting services in the commercial and industrial sectors. Our Environmental Policy
Setting out with the principle of Supporting the Environment and Ecological System, NTY İnşaat prioritizes environmental protection awareness by minimizing the environmental impact in all business processes. In this regard, our management and employees constantly exhibit conscious behavior in order not to harm the environment and produce active solutions to protect natural resources. We are committed to continuous improvement of the Environmental Management System, prevention of environmental pollution and full compliance with environmental legislation.
Organizational Structure
NTY Construction has created its staff with engineers and architects with high education levels and rich experience. The company has a detailed organizational structure to carry out its work effectively and distribute labor efficiently.
It has achieved a corporate culture that prioritizes quality, on-time delivery, budget compliance and customer satisfaction in every project. It has a structure organized around five main processes, under the leadership of the General Manager :
